DECORATING Vapor can be done in a couple ways, Embroidery of course is an option. It is, however, more expensive than Digital Decoration. We use a process which applies a Gel Dye via Heat and Pressure. The process actually imbeds the Dye into the fibers of the fabric, very much UNLIKE the Screen Printing process which applies an Ink to the top of the fibers.

The Colors are PERMANENTLY transfered to the fabric! They will NEVER Fade, NEVER Distort, NEVER Crackle (as traditional Screen print ink will). There is absolutely NO TOUCH to the decorating! You cannot feel it, because it has actually become a part of the cloth, not simply adhered to the cloth.

The Color Palette is endless! PMS Colors? We can match them! Further, this process can be done on single item orders! There is no minimum like you will just about always find in the Screen Printing industry! We do not charge "Screen Fees" or "Set up fees"!
